  • Participant Medical Waiver and Release

    Please complete this Participant Medical Waiver and Release form and turn it in at the next rehearsal: Friday, January 15, 2010

  •  Audition Application (PDF)

    The Audition Application must be completely filled out and signed by the student, a parent, band director, and principal.  Audition fee is $5.00 per student.  Make checks payable to "SCCBDA"

  •  Treble Clef Scales (PDF)

    Directions:

    1. Slur all 12 scales

    2. Minimum tempo = 120 beats per minute

    3. One (1) octave only

    4. Do not take the Da Cappo D.C.

  • Bass Clef Scales (PDF)

    Directions:

    1. Slur all 12 scales (except Trombones)

    2. Minimum tempo = 120 beats per minute

    3. One (1) octave only

    4. Do not take the Da Cappo D.C.
